Our warranty
24 months or 24,000 miles on every repair
Parts and labor, whichever comes first. If something we fixed fails in that time, we fix it again at no charge.
Covers the parts we supplied and our labor. It doesn’t cover parts you bring in, or wear items like wiper blades.

On Ridge Road since 1996
I opened the shop in 1996 with two bays and a used lift. We have four bays now, three technicians, and my daughter Megan runs the front desk.
A few things haven’t changed in thirty years. You see the estimate before we start, you can have every old part back, and if a repair can wait until your next oil change, we’ll tell you.
Mike Fenwick, owner

From our customers
Brought in my mother’s Buick for an inspection with no appointment. Done in 25 minutes, and Megan explained the one thing to keep an eye on.
The AC on my 2009 Tacoma had a leak two other shops couldn’t find. It took them two days, but it blows cold now and the warranty is on the receipt.
Three cars and ten years at the same shop. Estimates come by text with photos, and the bill at pickup has never been different.
Snow tires off and stored in fifteen minutes on a Saturday. The receipt listed the tread depth on every tire.
Check engine light came on two days before my inspection ran out. They found a cracked vacuum hose, $140 all in, and passed it that afternoon.
A chain shop told me I needed brakes. Fenwick checked, said I had another 10,000 miles on them, and didn’t charge me for looking.
Before you bring it in
Do you need an appointment?
Not for inspections or oil changes: come in on a weekday before 4, or Saturday before 11. For repairs, call or book below, so the parts can be ordered before you arrive.
How long will it take?
Inspections take about 30 minutes and oil changes 45. Brakes are usually done the same day if the car is here by 8. For bigger jobs, the estimate gives you a time.
Do you give a written estimate?
Always, before any work, by text or email. If a job turns out bigger once we’re into it, we stop and send you a new one.
Do you handle insurance work?
For mechanical damage, yes: a radiator after a deer strike, or a bent control arm from a pothole. We work with your adjuster. We don’t do bodywork or paint.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes: 24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor, whichever comes first.
Can I bring my own parts?
We’ll install them, but the warranty can’t cover a part we didn’t supply.
Do you work on hybrids?
Toyota, Honda and Ford hybrids, yes, for everything except the high-voltage battery pack, which goes to the dealer.
